Ankur, our Managing Partner started working with Technology companies way back in 2005 when e-commerce, SaaS, enterprise technology were words not used in common parlance.   By the time the rage started, he was helping clients evaluate such companies and diligencing them while learning alongwith venture capital funds what words like market place, CaC, LTV and other cohorts meant.

Over the past few decades, Ankur has been instrumental in driving scores of transactions in the technology space and has worked alongside Unicorn Founders.  Ankur also has vast experience in cross-border transactions.

He has now been on all sides of the table - due diligence, post merger integration, angel investor, fund manager, investment banker, the works!!
